Millgate was established over 15 years ago and is committed to building homes to the highest standard of design and construction. It focuses on small, exclusive developments and provides small groups of properties in the most desirable parts of Winchester and the surrounding area. Directors Rob Carter and Adrian Surtees are proud that every house built reflects the company’s attention to detail.

Millgate is also dedicated to ensuring that its work benefits the local wildlife, and the company uses ecologists to survey the biodiversity of each of its sites. This affects how Millgate plans and builds its properties. It plants native trees to strengthen the local eco-system and has been adding Swift bricks (nest boxes), bat boxes and hedgehog holes at its developments.
