The company has grown substantially over the last few years and is constantly seeking brownfield and greenfield sites for residential or commercial development.
Pentland Homes is known for building detached and semi-detached family homes. It also offers age-exclusive bungalows, such as its Terlingham Gardens retirement village in Folkestone.
The housebuilder offers assistance to buyers to help with their purchase. The government-backed Help to Buy scheme is available on eligible developments, and Part Exchange is available on selected plots, which will also save the buyer estate agency fees. It also offers its own Help to Sell incentive, where it will market the buyers’ current property for up to four weeks.
The company regularly supports charities, most recently with a £1000 donation to Demelza, a charity that provides hospice care for children.
