70 years' experience building new homes
Over the last 70 years, Tilia Homes, and its previous aliases, have been carefully choosing locations for our new communities and designing homes that fit perfectly into the local environment. We aim to create neighbourhoods with a real lasting impact, the kind of communities to be proud of for many years to come.
We pride ourselves on being there for our customers throughout the buying and selling process – and beyond. We've been building homes in some of the UK's most desirable locations for decades and have won awards for our considerate construction. With our experience and skill in mind, you can be sure that we’re building homes of the highest standard, while also doing our very best to respect and protect the unique character of the local area.
Our history as Kier Living under Kier Group
Our story began when Kier Group acquired three house building businesses – Allison Homes, Twigden Homes and Bellwinch Homes - back in 1993. Kier Group pulled these businesses together, operating under the name Kier Homes.
The residential business then underwent a rebranding in 2014, changing its name to Kier Living – a name under which it operated for the next 7 years.
In May 2021 Kier Living was sold to private equity firm Terra Firma and became Tilia Homes. Click to find out more.
