Avant Homes is the fastest growing housebuilder in the UK.  Operating in Scotland, the north east of England, Yorkshire and the Midlands, we have five regional offices and employ over 700 people.

After another year of record growth and expansion, it’s very much business as usual. These results have only been achieved by constantly challenging the status quo with a relentless pursuit of new, better and different ways to design our homes.

Our vision is to transform the UK housebuilding sector through the constant advancement and innovation of our brand and product, to provide buyers with increasingly better lifestyles, homes and places to live.

The challenge isn’t over. Over the next five years we plan to deliver even more, doubling yearly output to 4,000 new homes for sale in the UK. As part of an ambitious growth plan Avant Homes will be scaling up existing operating regions whilst continuing to invest in land and target further geographic expansion.

Avant Homes is on a journey of expansion, looking to turn the company into a £1bn turnover business in the next five years and building around 4,000 homes a year by then. The housebuilder’s regional reach primarily takes in the north of England and Scotland, with its group headquarters near Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Since 2010, the business has gone through significant restructuring and reinvention, first out of necessity, then belief and ambition, and four years ago was bought by a consortium of three private equity funds. The focus has been on the product, with large helpings of design flair to lift the homes ahead of a lot of its competitors. Avant calls its product its hero, always looking to enhance value as well as innovate, while never losing sight of what the customer wants, with research key to Avant’s approach to its work, always reviewing.
Avant pays particular attention to the customer experience, especially when it comes to signing off a new home, while using the latest technology to raise its marketing offering.
