The company builds a huge range of homes, from one- and two-bedroom apartments, to larger three-, four- and five-bedroom properties, offering buyers plenty of choice. Each home is built with the customer in mind, from design and planning to the finishing touches. Once a property is reserved at a Persimmon Homes development, the buyer can add their own styling options, additional fixtures and updates. This could include such things as carpets, fireplaces and kitchen appliances, or even turf, paving and fencing in the garden.

In order to help buyers purchase their new home, it offers the government-backed Help to Buy, Help to Buy London, Help to Buy Scotland and Help to Buy Wales schemes, as well as Part Exchange and its own Home Change service. It also offers weekly promotions, such as Home of the Week which includes savings and additional incentives.
