Purchasing a starter home is not limited to just one or two bedrooms, and a third room is a perfect choice for young families and those who need a work-from-home space that isn’t in plain sight in leisure time. Downsizers too will find it handy to have a comfortable spare bedroom to accommodate guests.
We take a look at current new homes developments in Greater Manchester and pick our favourite three-bedroom property types. All offers mentioned are subject to terms and conditions.
‘Souter’ house type from Persimmon Homes
The ‘Souter’ at Bluebell Walk, Westhoughton
This Persimmon Homes development is on the outskirts of a town just four miles from Bolton and six miles from Wigan, within easy reach of the M61. The ‘Kielder’ at The Seasons, Wigan
