Phase 5 now for sale!

Were excited to announce our latest phase of new homes available in the beautiful seaside town of Littlehampton in West Sussex. Hampton Park Phase 5 has a selection of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes. Whether you`re a first-time buyer or looking for more space for a growing family, you`re sure to find your perfect match.

It`s such a treat to live close to the sea, and Littlehampton goes the extra mile which is why it`s such a popular town. There are two award-winning beaches, riverside walks along the Arun, a large seafront picnic green, and a pleasure harbour. It`ll be hard to think about work, but if you need to commute, the A27 is the main east-west route serving Littlehampton and joining the A3(M) outside Portsmouth via Chichester.

As well as the coast, you`ll be able to enjoy the beautiful open countryside of the South Downs National Park, stopping off in historic Arundel for a browse in the independent shops there on the way home.

Shopping

Littlehampton is home to a variety of independent shops and high street brands. A market selling food, crafts and clothing takes place in the town centre every Friday, and the promenade is lined with traditional seaside shops. For more shopping choices, Chichester and Worthing are just a short drive away.

Transport

Littlehampton is really well connected. The railway station offers direct trains to Portsmouth, Southsea, London Victoria, London Bridge, Brighton, Bognor Regis and Southampton. The main road link through Littlehampton is the A259 and the A27 is nearby, taking you to Worthing, 10.4 miles to the east and Chichester, 13.5 miles to the west. There are also good local bus services throughout the town and in the surrounding areas. For business or leisure travel further afield, Gatwick Airport is just an hour away by car.

Leisure

There's good provision for recreation in and around Littlehampton. Just minutes away is Inspire Littlehampton - a thriving leisure centre located on the seafront. Littlehampton's other attractions include award-winning beaches, a large seafront green, superb parks with boating lakes, and a packed programme of activities and cultural events all year round.

Education

A new school is being built for the development, alongside the Littlehampton Academy, which will provide additional secondary education for the area. Lyminster Primary School is nearby, and the Schoolworks Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust working with 7 other primary schools across the area.

WhatHouse? Location Ratings

Working with data experts CLSQ, we assess the latest information from highly respected sources to give every current new homes development we list a rating under five core topics Health & Wellbeing, Transport Links, Tech connectivity, Finance and Education & Amenities.

CLSQ provide trusted data, technology and data-led insurance services which empower automation and decision-with-certainty for the UK property sector. We combine the certainty of data and process with the unique security provided by our de-risking solutions and insurance."
 Health and Wellbeing
3.8
Since the outbreak of Covid in 2020, the health and quality of life for ourselves and our families has become more of a priority than ever, and one of the fundamental considerations in choosing where we live. There are a host of ingredients in measuring this, and we calculate our Health & Wellbeing rating using many factors.
 Transport Links
3.9
Being within easy reach of people and places for work or leisure is a top consideration when choosing your brand new home. Can you commute easily by private or public transport, and are there routes to close by for the places you’ll want to go to? Would it be safe to leave the car at home and cycle somewhere instead? Are there convenient EV charging points in the local area?
 Finance
3.1
Finances are the fundamental thing on which our choice of new home is based, but aside from what you can afford to borrow and the price cap you must consider, there’s the ongoing running costs to consider too, and what may happen to the value of your home before you sell it in the future.
 Education and Amenities
4.1
Education and Amenities covers things which are vital to everyday life, whether it’s somewhere to buy groceries and other essentials, a place to enjoy leisure time and for families, an area with schooling which is easy to get to from home
