Homebuyer Event This Weekend In Midlothian

Posted 19 February 2024 by Keith Osborne

Taylor Wimpey is inviting current homeowner house-hunters to find out more about its Easymover assistance scheme...

To help prospective buyers on the lookout for a new home in Midlothian, Taylor Wimpey East Scotland is hosting an Easymover event at its Sinclair Gardens development in Roslin and its Greenlaw Mains development in Penicuik on Sunday 25 February 2024, from 12.00noon until 4.00pm.

This event allows prospective buyers to find out how Taylor Wimpey’s moving options can make their life and move to a new home simple and easy. Its Easymover scheme can take the stress out of selling their current home, and provisionally reserve a new home at their chosen development – even if they haven't sold their existing property.

An independent mortgage specialist will also be available at the development so buyers can arrange a chat to make sure they’re financially ready to make their property move.

Kirsty McGill, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, said: “Finding a new home can be challenging, but ultimately, we want it to be an exciting, enjoyable, and easy process. Our Easymover event is ideal for those who have a property to sell and want to move but are unsure of what to do next.

“As well as impressive show homes to showcase the lifestyle and choice of new homes that we offer in Roslin and Penicuik, the incentives that we have available on selected new homes, visitors to our events can chat with our experienced sales executives to find out more about how our Easymover scheme can support them.

“We aim to make the process of buying a new home as easy and stress-free as possible for homebuyers, and we will also have independent mortgage specialists available for interested homebuyers to chat to, leaving them with plenty of time to look forward to moving into their new home later this year.”
