South East new homes round-up – the pick of today’s new build property

Posted 1 April 2016 by Rebecca Burns

The WhatHouse? team picks its current favourites from the new homes market in Berkshire, East Sussex, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire and Surrey...

New research has revealed that households in all UK regions expect house prices to rise over the next 12 months, with the strongest growth expected in the South East.

The number of new homes coming onto the market has risen over the past month, but prices are becoming increasingly unaffordable for many first-time buyers and upsizers -- particularly in the notoriously expensive South East region.

Boasting the largest economy outside of London, towns in well-connected locations, especially those within a reasonable commuting distance of the capital, are particularly expensive.

Our latest article draws together a handful of brand new developments falling into varying budgets, distributed throughout the South East…
