South East new homes round-up - the latest new homes for sale

Posted 28 April 2017 by Rebecca Burns

The WhatHouse? team selects the latest new build homes for sale in counties across the South East of England...

With reports claiming that two thirds of first-time buyers in the South East have to seek financial help from the ‘bank of Mum and Dad’, compared with a national average of just over half, it's easy to see why the region's housing market has become a major source of frustration for many – particularly those without well-heeled parents.

Some of the purchase assistance schemes available through the government and individual house builders can help prospective buyers receive the assistance they need, and many brand new developments provide a clear route to accessing this help.

For our latest round-up we have found sites in Kent, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire that are offering such schemes.
