East Anglia is home to fenland, marshland, rolling hills, popular coastal resorts, and major urban areas such as Norwich, Cambridge, Peterborough and Ipswich. Many parts of the region are within easy reach of London, pushing up property prices in those areas.
The Cambridge area is also relatively expensive, as are towns and villages within commuting distance of the popular university city – but elsewhere, in more remote parts of the region, you can get a lot more for your money.
Here we have brought together a collection of current and forthcoming developments across East Anglia, from a variety of housebuilders, to suit a range of buying budgets.

The Paddocks in Cheveley, Cambridgeshire (Cheffins)
This brand new housing development in the village of Cheveley, three miles from Newmarket, offers six traditionally-styled houses ranging in size from three to five bedrooms.

Incorporating a superior specification, each home comes complete with its own private, landscaped garden; parking for two cars; and a double or single garage. There will also be communal gardens at the front of the developments for all residents to enjoy.
