With house price falls concentrated around the South East, and more new homes coming onto the market than in other regions of the country, there could be some generous buyer incentives available for those still planning to purchase a property there.

The South East and London have been hit hardest by the Brexit turbulence, and for the time being the increased supply of homes for sale is out of sync with demand – which is pushing prices down.

Out latest round-up of housing developments across the South East gives prospective buyers a starting point for their search.
