Taylor Wimpey celebrates this Easter with the launch of two new show homes in Penicuik with impressive four-bedroom detached houses in Penicuik.

From 11.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday 8 April, interested buyers can hop along to its Greenlaw Mains development to view the ‘Douglas’ and ‘Geddes’ house types, which are being decorated and furnished as a real celebration of family living in the heart of Midlothian.

For younger members of the family, there’s a chance to enjoy some Easter fun which includes a meet and greet with the Easter bunny, an Easter colouring activity, and there’s a free Easter egg for every child who visits the development.

There is also an opportunity for prospective buyers to take advantage of a range of offers that are available on selected new homes at the development. From help with mortgage or deposit contributions to Taylor Wimpey’s Enhanced Easymover package, or its helpful Part Exchange or Key Worker Discount schemes, buyers can choose the offer which best suits their own circumstances.

Kirsty McGill, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, said: “Our new show homes in Penicuik give buyers the opportunity to get a feel for what living at Greenlaw Mains could be like. We hope interested buyers will pop along to our Easter show home opening event and be inspired by what they see to be able to make their move to a new home here.

“Our experienced sales executives are also available to offer buyers lots of friendly advice about the process of buying a new home, as well as some helpful tips to make sure the process is stress-free. They can also chat through the range of offers available at Greenlaw Mains to make sure buyers choose the one that best suits their requirements.”

Penicuik itself has a good mix of local amenities and there is a great choice of primary and secondary education, which makes this development the ideal choice for young and growing families. The area offers a choice of charming walking and cycling routes, which are all set in the heart of the Midlothian countryside. This is a growing and developing community, and residents of Greenlaw Mains will benefit from its proximity to the thriving town of Penicuik, as well as easy access to the A702.

Located off Belwood Road, Greenlaw Mains offers buyers a choice of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. Prices currently range from £310,000 for the ‘Chalmers’ three-bedroom semi-detached home up to £412,995 for the ‘Maxwell’ four-bedroom detached. All offers mentioned are subject to terms and conditions. Find out more about Greenlaw Mains from Taylor Wimpey.
