London calling. Our top ten new and current residential developments in the capital

Posted 1 October 2014

It’s been a very busy few weeks for housebuilding in London, with lots of new launches and some great offers on existing construction projects for house-hunters in the capital.

From starter homes to family homes to luxury penthouses, and from city centre to suburbs, the choice of property type and location available is exceptional.

We’ve picked our favourites from the last couple of weeks here.

1. London Square Putney, from £545,000

Developer London Square has just launched an iconic new 11-storey building on Upper Richmond Road, comprising 113 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The project has been designed by internationally-acclaimed architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.

A sales suite and contemporary two-bedroom show apartment by award-winning Suna Interior Design are now open. Call 0333 666 2838.
