Keith OsborneBarratt and David Wilson Homes – the brands of former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year Barratt Developments – are inviting house hunters to a series of events at its Norfolk developments this weekend, on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 March.
The events are free to attend with no appointment required, and will take place on from 10.00am to 5.30pm both days. They are set to give home buyers a chance to take a tour of the show homes at each development and find out more about how they can save money and hassle when securing a new home thanks to a number of assistance schemes offered.
These events take place at:
Kingfisher Meadow, Horsford: David Wilson Homes currently offers three- and four-bedroom houses for sale £289,995 to £455,995 with savings of up to £30,739 on selected properties. There are three show homes to view.
Wayland Fields, Walton: There are three- and four-bedroom show homes at this Barratt Homes development, with prices for the current range of starting from £249,995 and potential savings of up to £29,119.
Ceres Rise, Swaffham: Barratt Homes has a three-bedroom and a four-bedroom pair of show houses here, and the current homes for sales start from £284,995, with some new releases and a range of special offers on some plots.
Cringleford Heights, Cringleford: Both brands are available here. Barratt’s four-bedroom properties include some new releases with prices starting from £365,995. David Wilson’s three- and four-bedroom house types, the final few of the current phase, start at £479,995. Visitors have a number of show homes to explore. A new range of homes for sale will be available soon.
Woodland Heath, Sprowston: Here, David Wilson Homes’ current four-bedroom properties start at £406,995, and Barratt Homes’ array of three- and four-bedroom options have starting prices from £329,995. Across the site, there are a few homes ready to move into or freshly released.
In addition to the show homes available to view, visitors can learn more about popular moving schemes including Part Exchange and Movemaker. Part Exchange sees the housebuilder as a ‘cash buyer’ of a customer’s existing home, offering a fair market value. This eliminates the need for estate agent fees and the hassle of a property chain, enabling a smoother transition into a brand new home. Movemaker involves the housebuilder handling the sale of the buyer’s existing property, again saving costs and hassle. Once sold, the homebuyer can seamlessly move into their new home.
Alison Page, sales director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Anglia, said: “These events are the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to tour our homes and find out more about the great offers that are available to them at the developments. Our sales sdvisers will be on hand throughout the day to answer any questions visitors may have, including details on the moving process to help homebuyers advance on the property ladder.”
