Every week we'll tell you about the events being held at new homes developments across the UK over the next seven days, as well as recent news you may have missed. Find out about the launch of the very latest developments, the unveiling of new show homes, open days and much more.
Barratt Homes - Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 November - A series of Help to Buy events kicks off this week at two Barratt East Scotland developments: Ochilview in Maddiston, near Falkirk; and Vinery Park in Clovenford, near Galashiels. Learn more about how the recently launched Scottish government scheme can help you purchase a new-build home.
David Wilson Homes - Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 November - Launch weekend for a new show home at Fairmilehead in Edinburgh. The ‘Gleneagles' is a four-bedroom detached house stretching to 1,799 sq ft of accommodation.
Taylor Wimpey - Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 November, from 10.00am to 5.00pm - Launch weekend for Meridian Square in Hurst Green, near Oxted, Surrey. It's a first chance to reserve off-plan at the development and to see details of the property types and prices. NewBuy will be one of the incentives open to buyers.
Taylor Wimpey - Saturday 2 November, from 10.00am to 5.00pm - Launch event for The Arboretum in Haverhill, Suffolk, which will comprise a variety of property types from one-bedroom apartments at £114,995 to four-bedroom houses from £239,995.
Barratt Homes - Saturday 2 November - Launch of a new show home at Keepers Chase in Cannock, Staffordshire. The development has a range of two- and three-bedroom properties priced from £132,995.
Bellway - Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 November - Open weekend at The Point in Arnold, Nottinghamshire. On Saturday, a financial adviser will be on site to talk though the Help to Buy scheme. On Sunday, a designer from Signature Luxury Interiors will be on hand in two sessions to talk about professional interior design. Call 07813 454193 to reserve a slot in one of these sessions.

Swansea, South Wales - Elan Homes - the Mayor of Gorseinon, Cllr Pam Morgan, opened a new show home at Parc Gwyn Faen.
Hardwicke, Gloucestershire - Redrow Homes - Three new show homes have been unveiled at Sellars Bridge, a three-bedroom ‘Letchworth', a four-bedroom ‘Balmoral' and a four-bedroom ‘Sunningdale'.
Romsey, Hampshire - Taylor Wimpey - Now released, a new phase of homes at Abbottswood. Help to Buy is available on the new collection of homes.
Dover, Kent - Pentland Homes - Now open, a new show home at Elysium Park, a development of 41 homes priced from £188,995 for a two-bedroom property.
Horseheath, Cambridgeshire - Hastoe Group - An earth-turning event took place at Audley Way, where a development of affordable homes is due for completion in June 2014.
Hatfield Heath, Essex - Hastoe Group - An earth-turning event took place at Broomfields, where a development of highlight energy-efficient affordable homes is due for completion in September 2014.
Hanwell, London - A2Dominion - Now open, a new shared ownership scheme of 13 two- and three-bedroom homes called St Margarets Lock, where prices start at £142,500 for a 50% share.
Leicester - Urban Rhythm - The second phase of the Wheatsheaf Works development has been officially opened by Leicester's mayor, Cllr Sir Peter Soulsby. Prices start at £109,950.
