HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND

Wensum Grange​Lovell in Fakenham, Norfolk: The doors of a new show home open at Wensum Grange at 10.00am on Saturday 16 November. It’s a development of 78 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, with 28 available for open-market sale. The four-bedroom ‘Silverdale’ show house fitted by Edward Thomas Interiors. Early buyers here can personalise their new home with Lovell’s Inspiration range by selecting various fixtures and fittings to add a unique sense of character to the property – subject to build stage. Help to Buy is available. Hill in Cambridge: Apartments are being launched at Ironworks on Saturday 16 November, after three- and four-bedroom homes were launched earlier this month (priced from £599,950 for a three-bedroom mews house to £749,950 for a four-bedroom townhouse, Find out more at www.ironworks-cambridge.co.uk.

Taylor Wimpey in Hoo, Kent: Two new show homes and a view home will open at Church View on Saturday 16 November. Fully decorated and furnished will be a three-bedroom ‘Byford’ and a four-bedroom ‘Manford’ show home. Mackenzie Homes in Slough, Berkshire: The final phase of apartments at Vanburgh Court in Slough have now been released for sale. Interested purchasers are invited to attend a dedicated home-movers event, taking place on Saturday 16 November, between 10.00am and 5.00pm. Those attending the event will have the opportunity to view the two show apartments, and speak to impartial expert mortgage and financial advisors. Deanfield Homes in Shipton-Under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire: Saturday 16 November sees the launch of a new show home at Deanfield Grange, the four-bedroom ‘Elstow’. The development offers three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes on the edge of the village. Help to Buy is also available at Deanfield Grange on homes up to £600,000. Taylor Wimpey in Monifieth, Angus: There is a Part Exchange event at Victoria Grange on Sunday 17 November between 12noon and 4.00pm.  The ‘Geddes’ and ‘Stewart’ four-bedroom detached show homes will be open. As well as Part Exchange, buyers reserving a selected new home at the development can also take advantage of a 5% deposit paid offer. Prices currently start from £252,000 for the ‘Douglas’ four-bedroom detached home. A further phase of 77 new homes offering a choice of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom properties has also been launched for sale.

Gillies MeadowDavid Wilson Homes in Basingstoke, Hampshire: Buyers have until Sunday 17 November to benefit from a special offer on one of the apartments at Gillies Meadow. Plot 285 has two bedrooms (one double, an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room and a private balcony and someone reserving this weekend receives a £6,000 mortgage subsidy. Civic Living in Alconbury Weald, Cambridgeshire: A show apartment launches at the lconbury Weald development on the weekend of Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November. Between 10.00am and 5.00pm both days, house-hunters can tour the new fully furnished property and enquire about a range of one- and two-bedroom apartments (priced from £179,950) and two- and three-bedroom houses. RoyaleLife in St Leonards, Dorset:  There’s a Grand Launch open weekend at Silver Mists, a collection of exclusive luxury bungalows built specially for the over-45s. The event will run from 10.30am to 5.00pm on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November. A ribbon-cutting ceremony takes place at 11.30am. A number of properties are available with ‘festive savings’ of up to £20,000 as well as £5,000 cash back (subject to terms and conditions). Bellway in Stafford: Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November is a Part Exchange weekend at Baswich Grange, a development of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes on a former Staffordshire Police headquarters site. Peabody in Finsbury Park, north London: A collection of Shared Ownership homes launches on Saturday 16 November. There are 12 apartments at the contemporary-design development on Seven Sisters Road, all with fully integrated kitchens, and two- and three-bedroom properties come with their own private outdoor space. Saxon GateBarratt Homes in Leonard Stanley, Gloucestershire: There are only three homes left for sale at Saxon Gate. Among them is the ‘Folkestone’ house design, priced from £269,995, with three bedrooms (en suite master), open-plan lounge/dining area and separate kitchen. The ‘Radleigh’ is priced from £389,995, a detached house with open-plan kitchen/diner/family room, study, utility room and four double bedrooms with an en suite master. Pentland Homes in Shadoxhurst, Kent: There are just three homes left to buy at Berberis Place with Part Exchange offered to speed up the house moving process. A three-bedroom detached house starts at £450,000. Remaining house types range from 1,398 sq ft to 1,547 sq ft, ‘The Brasted’ and ‘The Chartham’. Help to Buy is available. Kier Living Eastern in East Anglia: Buyers who reserve a property at a Kier Living Eastern development on or before Sunday 1 December will receive £1,000 towards legal costs and £3,750 for removals fees. They will also have their Stamp Duty paid and will be given a £500 voucher from M&S. If customers have an existing property to sell, the purchaser will receive £300 towards a mortgage valuation, a contribution towards estate agency fees and £100 towards an Energy Performance Certificate (terms and conditions apply). Martin Grant Homes in Birdham, West Sussex: Just two homes are left for sale at The Pines, both three-bedroom, double-fronted detached homes with an open-plan kitchen and dining area and a separate lounge. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with master bedroom complete with an en suite, and a generously sized single bedroom. Fairview New Homes in London: Buyers have until Friday 29 November to utilise Fairview’s offer where those who reserve a home to move into for Christmas at one of its developments will receive a package such things as seasonal dinner for up to 8 people with all the trimmings, Christmas tree with lights and decorations and a range of gifts. L&Q in Isle of Dogs, east London: The are only two two-bedroom apartments still for sale at New Union Wharf, both available through London Help to Buy. Each has an open-plan kitchen/living areaand full range of integrated kitchen appliances, and separate washer/dryer, as well as private outdoor space. Barratt Homes in Cambridge: The offer of a £10,000 contribution towards the deposit on selected plots (subject to terms and conditions) at Trumpington Meadows runs out at the end of November. The development to the south of the city offers a wide variety of apartments and houses, with two- to five-bedroom homes currently priced between £424,995 and £769,995. Barratt Homes in Melksham, Wiltshire: Until Sunday 1 December, there’s a special offer on selected plots at Sandridge Common, a development of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes priced from £226,995 to £369,995, with Help to Buy an option. This offer comprises up to £10,000 towards the mortgage, an upgraded kitchen worth up to £4,050 and free flooring throughout (subject to terms and conditions). Find out more about Sandridge Common.

Compendium Living in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire: The last three homes at The Leeway 2 are available on Part Exchange to help keen buyers move in before Christmas, and all will come with free fitted flooring. House types are the three-bedroom ‘Whitfield’ house type on Plot 65, priced at £187,995. There’s also the four-bedroom ‘Harker’ style home at Plots 44 and 61, priced from £213,495. Notting Hill Genesis in Willesden Green, north-west London: Any purchasers who reserve a Shared Ownership apartment at Roundwood Gate this November will have Notting Hill Genesis pay the first three months’ rent on the unpurchased share. Only a few homes remain for sale there from a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Prices start at £97,500 for a 25% share of £390,000 and £125,000 for a 25% share of £500,000 respectively. Eastside QuarterBellway London in Bexleyheath: The new 518-apartment Eastside Quarter development is set to launch on-site in November. It is delivering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with features such as a concierge service, residents-only gym and landscaped podium and roof gardens. Court Collaboration in Birmingham: On Saturday 30 November there is a Help to Buy event at the Arden Gate development, located on William Street and comprising 225 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments. The event takes place at the development 10.00am to 4.00pm and also provides an opportunity to look at show homes and talk to independent mortgage consultants and solicitors. Kebbell in Bordon, Hampshire: There’s a Help to Buy event being hosted in the show home at Heatherfields on Saturday 23 November, between 11.00am and 3.00pm, where the team will be offering advice on the scheme and how it works. Westminster City Council in Maida Vale, north London: This Autumn, the Masefield will be launched, comprising 31 high-quality apartments over five floors, consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes with floor-to-ceiling windows, inset private balconies, and intricate stone detailing. Redrow in Leyland, Lancashire: A collection of new homes will go on sale in January 2020. Worden Gardens will feature 232 homes (including 48 affordable) set amid open countryside, on former farmland on the edge of Leyland, delivered in four phases with a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Redrow in Chester, Cheshire: The first phase of building at King’s Moat Garden Village in Chester is underway in readiness for a January sales launch, when the sales office will open. These initial homes at Roman Green will be a mix of three- and four-bedroom detached homes – including some with an en suite to every bedroom – with prices starting in the region of £350,000. Queensberry Properties in Edinburgh: Prospective buyers are invited to register their interest in  Bonnington Mill ahead of the development’s sales launch early next year. Located in the Bonnington district, it will consist of 36 properties, a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, many with notable views and their own private balcony or terrace. St William in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire: On Saturday 23 November, a new show apartment launches at Elmswater, which is a development of 48 two- and three-bedroom apartments in the heart of the town. Interior designer Milc has furnished the new show apartment, which has two large double bedrooms, spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a private balcony. West Park GrangeSpace Homes in Yorkshire: There are a number of offers on plots at developments across Yorkshire. There’s a £15,000 deposit contribution when reserving Plot 75 at St Davids, Otley, a four-bedroom house called ‘The Thornton’, which comes with a full flooring package and a turfed, south-facing garden. Legal fees will also be paid on this home. At Woodcroft in Horsforth, four-bedroom homes on selected plots come with a £10,000 deposit contribution. Plots 41 or 46, a house type called ‘The Silverdale’, at West Park Grange in Leeds, come with a full flooring package and can be moved into in time for Christmas. Catalyst Homes in Ealing: An incentive scheme has been launched at Aspire at St Bernard’s Gate on some Shared Ownership homes, a ‘VIP buyers’ package’ available for a limited period, with 5% deposit paid, service charge paid for 12 months, window dressings and furniture pack, £1,000 towards legal fees and membership to the Enterprise Car Club for 1 year with a credit (subject to T&Cs). There’s also a significant offer on private sale homes. Prices start from £78,125 for a 25% share in a one-bedroom apartment (full market value £312,500) and from £100,625 for a 25% share in a two-bedroom apartment (full market value £402,500). Ballymore in east London: Eight loft-style penthouses have been launched at Goodluck Hope. Each offers views across London, overlooking the Thames and Canary Wharf. The collection is split across two buildings, Argo and Orion, and made up of seven three-bedroom apartments, which start at £1.265m and one two-bedroom apartment starting at £1.1m. Martin Grant Homes in East Hanney, Oxfordshire: The first show home has been unveiled at Priors Lea. The four-bedroom detached family home has been designed by interior experts Jane Clayton & Company. Avant Homes in Mickleover, Derbyshire: The doors have opened to no fewer than six new show home at Cotchett Village, a 311-home development a short distance from Derby city centre. Homes there are priced from £204,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached property to £470,000 for a five-bedroom detached house with a double garage. The six show houses include are the two-bedroom ‘Beckbridge’, three-bedroom ‘Lorton’, three-bedroom ‘Northbridge’, four-bedroom ‘Lathbury’, four-bedroom ‘Ramsbury’ and the four-bedroom ‘Venbridge’.
