SCOTLAND

New show home coming to Lanarkshire – This Saturday 23 March, Lovell Homes is unveiling a new show home at its Borland Walk development in Glassford, South Lanarkshire. Some 36 new homes will be built there, a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses. Examples are the ‘Tomatin’, a mid-terrace home, and the ‘Cardhu’, a detached family property. Help to Buy (Scotland) is available on selected plots here. Within easy reach of Glasgow, the development is also in the catchment area for the high-ranked Strathaven Academy high school. First homes released at Whitburn development – Taylor Wimpey has released the first phase of properties at Heartlands, its latest part of a 2,000-home regeneration in Whitburn, West Lothian. It brings a new selection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes starting from £142,000 for the ‘Andrew’ two-bedroom, end-terrace home. It is well connected to both Edinburgh and Glasgow, and close to a range of schools and shops, appealing to a wide range of house-hunters. Edinburgh development opens brand new show home – Miller Homes is welcoming house-hunters to a new show home at its Manor Wood development, just four miles from the centre of Edinburgh. The ‘Blair’ is a four-bedroom house which has been fully furnished to inspire visitors and demonstrate the specification offered at this collection of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. NORTH WEST

Variety of modern home styles available at Warrington development – Redrow is offering a range of properties in its Lifestyle range of designs at The Oaks at Taylor’s Chase. Located at Great Sankey, Warrington, this development mixes these home types – which offer large bedrooms, each with their own en suite – with the more traditional, award-winning Heritage Collection designs. Among the current homes available here are the ‘Oxford Lifestyle’ and ‘Leamington Lifestyle’ now available from £364,995 and £384,995 respectively. New show apartment opens in Gloucestershire – Barratt Homes has unveiled a new show home at Park Farm, its development in Thornbury, south Gloucestershire. It’s a two-bedroom apartment called the ‘Morton’ and it is priced from £216,995. It has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with dual-aspect windows, plenty of storage, two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Unveiling of luxury bungalows in Poole – Buyers over 45 have a first chance to reserve a new collection of bungalows at Royale Heights at Beacon Hill. WALES

Help to Buy event in Cwmbran this weekend – Lovell is hosting an event at its Oakfield Grange development in Cwmbran this weekend to give potential buyers a full picture of the government-backed Help to Buy Wales equity loan scheme. On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 March, from 10.00am to 5.00pm, visitors will be able to talk to the sales team about the properties which qualify, and talk to an independent financial advisor on the steps the need to take to use the scheme, which only requires a 5% deposit on the new home. EAST MIDLANDS 

Family homes launched at Leicestershire site – Westleigh Homes has unveiled a new collection of homes ideal for families at its Stanton Meadows development in Stanton under Bardon in Leicestershire. It is a collection of three- and four-bedroom houses at the heart of the village. With a number of off-plan purchases, those still available are from £269,950 and £331,950 respectively. There’s a fully prepared three-bedroom ‘Drayton’ show home revealing layout and specification was revealed to would-be buyers. Westleigh has extended its £99 reservation fee offer at Stanton Meadows until the end of March. Prices currently start at £250,995 on this development, which comprises a diverse mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. New show home opened in Edenbridge – There's a new show home to see in Edenbridge. 90% sold out at Banbury site – There's a last chance to buy a home at Elmwood Park, the CALA Homes development in Banbury, Oxfordshire, where 90% of them are already sold. All of the four remaining homes are priced at under £600,000 and so qualify for purchase with Help to Buy, which requires just 5% as a deposit. As an alternative for existing homeowners, the housebuilder offers its own Part Exchange service, offering up to 100% of the value of the home to sell, an incentive which has already proven popular. New homes in West Sussex released for sale – CALA Homes has released a new collection of homes at Cresswell Park in Angmering, West Sussex, around 18 miles from Brighton.  This development is a collection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses alongside one-bedroom apartments. New Shared Ownership homes come to Wokingham – The next phase of Shared Ownership homes has been released by Catalyst at its Aborfield Green development in Wokingham, Berkshire. New homes come to the heart of Brixton – This Saturday 23 March, Network Homes unveils BRX, its new development of private sale homes in Brixton, SW9. Part of the larger Stockwell Park regeneration, this offers a range of apartments and penthouses with from one to three bedrooms. Plots priced up to £600,000 are available on the government-backed Help to Buy London scheme. More new homes coming to Hackney – This month, Berkeley Homes (North East London) Ltd is launching Willowbrook House, its latest collection of waterside homes at Woodberry Down. This regeneration will bring some 5,500 new homes in all, together with parkland, and open water located in Finsbury Park, North London. Willowbrook House is the last phase of homes to be delivered next to the West Reservoir and comprises 122 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments over eight floors, each with a balcony or terrace.
