Chatham
Persimmon Homes is currently offering a number of brand new three-and four-bedroom houses at Colonial Wharf, a waterside development which when finished, will comprise a whole range of home types and well as a children’s play area and a landscaped quayside plaza. It’s a short drive from the town centre, High Speed-served Chatham station and on the doorstep of the many stores of the Dockside Factory Outlet Shopping Centre. Azure is a Countryside development on St Mary’s Island, which was once part of the Royal Dockyard on the northern part of Chatham. Rochester
Rochester is best known for its Castle and Cathedral, and as well as its regular award-winning farmers’ market, its busy shopping streets host numerous popular events throughout the year. The bridge connecting the city with Strood crosses the River Medway and offers panoramic views of the area, with a riverside walk and the green open space of The Esplanade.
Osprey Rise is part of Peters Village, a major development around five miles south of the city with a brand new primary school and plans for numerous community facilities. Bovis Homes is offering three- and four-bedroom properties with starting prices between £425,000 and £554,995.
