Key Worker Scheme On Housebuilder’s New Norfolk Homes

Barratt Developments is offering its Key Worker Deposit Contribution scheme at a number of Norfolk sites...

The efforts and achievements of key workers came to the fore during the Covid crisis and a few of the ‘thank you’ schemes that were introduced to show gratitude are still offered – and the one for Barratt Developments in Norfolk can still save qualifying buyers thousands of pounds on the purchase of a brand new homes.

Barratt Developments is a former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year that sells new build properties under its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands. Its Key Worker Deposit Contribution, subject to terms and conditions, offers a contribution of £750 towards the deposit for every £25,000 of the property purchase price, up to a maximum contribution of £15,000. So if the home costs £200,000, the buyer could qualify for a contribution of £6,000.

The offer is open to a host of professions, including the emergency services and workers in the NHS, education, environmental, local authority, prison services, probation service, Ministry of Defence and Highways England. Qualifying criteria apply.

Here are a few of the brand new properties currently for sale at Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes developments across Norfolk.

Ceres Rise is located on Norwich Road in Swaffham, and right now offers two-, three- and four-bedroom homes with starting prices from £244,995 to £409,995. There are two show homes to visit and explore first-hand.at this development, which also has green open space and a play area. The ‘Allerthorpe’ on Plot 114 is a three-bedroom detached house on a large corner plot and is priced from £369,995, with a Key Worker Deposit Contribution of over £11,000..
