Housebuilder Opens Sales Office In Sutton Bonington This Weekend

A new sales office is opening at Lime Gardens in Sutton Bonington to help house-hunters discover a range of options, including Part Exchange on selected plots.

Sales enquiries have previously been handled off-site since the development was launched in January this year. From Saturday 18 March, potential buyers will be able to visit the new on-site sales office, where help and advice will be available from Thursday to Monday.

Each home also features solar panels (photovoltaic cells) harnessing the sun’s rays to generate electricity and helping to lower household bills. Homes also feature the Hive smart heating system opening the doorway to smart home technology and are connected to BT’s Full Fibre broadband.
