Developer To Host Mortgage Advice Weekend In Newport

WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Lovell Homes is hosting free mortgage advice events at its two Newport developments, Locke Gardens and Royal Victoria Court.

Locke Gardens is a stylish collection of 285 two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes, on the former Llanwern steelworks in Glan Llyn and Royal Victoria Court is located off Cardiff Road, on the site of the former Whiteheads steelworks, consisting of a stunning range of 264 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses and one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Both events will take place on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 April from 10.00am to 5.00pm at each development.

During the events, potential homebuyers will be able to find out more about the homes on offer and get independent advice from mortgage experts ABP Mortgages. Attendees will be able to ask questions about what homes are in their budget, what offers and incentives are available to them including the recent change to the Help to Buy Wales scheme and how to prepare their finances ahead of applying for a mortgage.
