Homebuyer Event This Weekend At Wiltshire Scheme
Posted 29 February 2024 by
Keith OsborneLovell Homes will be hosting a New Homes Week event at its sought-after Wiltshire development, Drummond Park, on Saturday 2 March.
Drummond Park, on the former Defence Medical Equipment Depot in Ludgershall, near Andover, is a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
The event will take place from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak to the sales team about the available homes and schemes such as Lovell’s Helping Hands, meet with Part Exchange experts from The New Homes Group and speak to an independent mortgage advisor from ABP Mortgages.
Both Part Exchange and Helping Hands make the process of purchasing a brand new Lovell home easier for those who already own a property (subject to terms and conditions). In both schemes, the housebuilder will arrange for independent evaluations of the existing property. With the Helping Hands scheme, Lovell then assists with the marketing of the home and reserves the new Lovell home once a sale is agreed. With Part Exchange, Lovell will make an offer on the property and reserve the new home upon acceptance.
One of the options now available to purchase is the ‘Lansdown’ style home. Priced from £319,000, this three-bedroom home opens into a hallway, to one side of which is the spacious living room and to the other side a downstairs cloakroom and convenient understairs storage cupboard. At the rear of the home is the combined kitchen and dining area with French doors leading to the rear garden to create a perfect space for hosting and entertaining. Upstairs, the largest bedroom features an en suite, and there’s a modern family bathroom and an additional storage cupboard.
Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “We at Lovell are excited to be hosting this event in honor of New Homes Week. It is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is curious about buying new, our offers and incentives, and the homes available at Drummond Park to find out more. We would highly encourage anyone who is looking to move home to come along.”
Drummond Park is being delivered by Lovell in partnership with Homes England, and will consist of 412 homes, a collection of 309 two-, three- and four-bedroom open market properties, as well as 103 affordable homes, of which 40% will be Shared Ownership and 60% affordable rent, for leading housing provider Stonewater.
The development is open daily from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Find out more at www.lovell.co.uk.
