Incentives On Apartments At North London Scheme

Posted 10 August 2023 by Keith Osborne

Beech Grove Homes has a limited-time offer worth thousands of pounds on some brand new apartments at Millbrook Park...

Beech Grove Homes is currently offering up to £15,000 worth of incentives on apartments for sale Millbrook Square, the popular development which is taking shape in north London.

Millbrook Square is bringing a wide range of apartments and houses to the area, with some more releases coming soon. Some homes can be purchased through Shared Ownership, meaning you can ‘part buy-part rent’ it with a much smaller deposit and mortgage than you’d need to buy outright. You pay a subsidised rent on the share you don’t own and there’s the opportunity to ‘staircase’ to a greater share until you reach 100% ownership.

Currently, for a budget of £103,125, you can purchase a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment in Tulip Court. (based on a full market value of £415,000). There’s a sizeable open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, which has double doors to the private balcony, and there also a door to the outside from the comfortable double bedroom, which has a fitted wardrobe. A bathroom and a handy storage cupboard off the hallway complete the layout.

One the open market, a one-bedroom apartment in Snowdrop Court is for sale right now priced at £415,000. It has the same specification as the Tulip Court property, which includes contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, a range of top-brand integrated appliances, quality flooring throughout, a number of media points and a secure entry system. This property has a fitted wardrobe to the double bedroom, doors to the balcony from the open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, a bathroom and off-hallway storage.

Millbrook Square comprises four apartment collections – Snowdrop Court, Wildflower Court, Tulip Court, and Harvest House – which together have 90 apartments (some of which can be purchased through Shared Ownership), alongside some contemporary-design three-bedroom townhouses. These buildings are arranged around a communal landscaped garden.

Situated on the edge of Mill Hill in the London Borough of Barnet, the wider Millbrook Park development offers proximity of shops, amenities and green space with convenient public transport links around the area and into the centre of the city.

Current incentives are subject to terms and conditions. Find out more about Millbrook Square from Beech Grove Homes.
