House-hunters in the Nunthorpe and Doncaster areas now have new properties to investigate from Avant Homes...

Avant Homes has recently announced launches at two of its developments in Yorkshire.

The housebuilder has released the final phase of design-led homes at its popular Millbrook development in Nunthorpe. Located on Gypsy Lane less than six miles from the centre of Middlesbrough, Millbrook is now more than 85% sold with selection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes remaining in 10 house types.

One of the impressive properties currently available at the 160-home development is ‘The Overbury’ on Plot 159. Priced at £299,995, this four-bedroom detached home is located in the west of the development and benefits from a second, separate living space, integral garage and utility room.

Avant Homes North East sales and marketing director, Christine Harrison, said: “We’ve had a great response to our homes at Millbrook in Nunthorpe, so we’re pleased to have released the final phase of homes. The remaining homes are in prime locations within the development and we’re sure these final properties will continue to prove extremely popular with buyers looking to purchase a home close to Middlesbrough.”

Nunthorpe is a family-friendly location with a number of attractions on its doorstep including Captain Cook Birthplace Museum, Ormesby Hall and Stewart Park. With Middlesbrough just a 20-minute drive away, Millbrook is the ideal location for families and commuters to call home.

Prices range from £149,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached home to £399,995 for a five-bedroom property. Find out more about Millbrook from Avant Homes.

The housebuilder has also opened a collection of impressive show homes at Furlong Park in Doncaster. Interested buyers can now take a first look at latest specification across three signature house types, including the three-bedroom ‘Haddington’, four-bedroom detached ‘Sudbury’ and five-bedroom ‘Chesham’.

Works are progressing well on the £34million, 143-home development, which is located on the former Wheatley Hills Middle School site off Leger Way. Prices on the first phase of design-led homes range from £179,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached home to £412,995 for a five-bedroom detached property.

Avant Homes Yorkshire sales and marketing director, Anne Bagshaw, said: “We are making great progress with building works at our much-anticipated Furlong Park development and are hugely excited to have unveiled our show homes to prospective purchasers. There is a real demand for attainable, design-led homes for modern family living in Doncaster and we think buyers will be really impressed with the quality and choice at Furlong Park.”

Located just two miles from Doncaster town centre, Furlong Park boasts plenty of amenities nearby, along with lots of green open spaces and excellent road links.

The new show homes are open exclusively by appointment only, Monday to Thursday, 10.00am to 8.00pm, Friday 10.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10.00am to 5.00pm. Find out more about Furlong Park.

Across both developments, each property comes with Avant’s enhanced specification as standard, with large, open-plan living spaces, exclusively designed kitchens, bi-fold doors that bring the outdoors in, high-specification bathrooms and much more.
