Bespoke apartments at Acorn Property Group’s brand new St. Leonards Quarter development in Exeter have seen exceedingly high interest from buyers since their launch on Saturday 5 November, with a number of reservations already secured.

Split into two phases, Acorn’s first Exeter development comprises 105 open market houses and apartments, featuring high-quality specification, open green space and suitable for every lifestyle.

The properties at St. Leonards Quarter are a short walk away from the heart of the vibrant Exeter, boasting lively cafes, shops and restaurants, and in close proximity to the River Exe. Exeter St. David’s train station is just a five-minute car journey away providing balanced suburban living and excellent commuting opportunities.

The contemporary apartments feature an open plan living area, integrated appliances as well as communal bike storage and private outdoor space. In addition, some apartments will also feature far-reaching views of the Devonian countryside.

Exeter’s population grew by 11.1% from 2011 to 2021, becoming the fourth highest population growth area in the South West, ahead of cities such as Bristol, Bath and Gloucester.

The St. Leonards Quarter apartments are built to an energy efficiency rating of EPC-B, fitted with high-performance triple glazed windows, superior insulation and low energy LED lighting to increase efficiency as well as keeping running costs down.

The show home is available to view via appointment and is open 10am to 5pm, seven days a week. 

Prices at the development start from £245,000.
