The comprehensive redevelopment of the old News International site by the developer St George and its architect Patel Taylor is very much still a work in progress but already a success, with the completion of each subsequent phase contributing to the transformation of this industrial neighbourhood into a thriving residential quarter.
The apartments are of high quality, as you would expect from St George and the location, only a stone’s throw away from St Katharine Docks. With prices ranging from almost £600,000 to almost £3m, this is at the luxury end of the market, but owners do get the use of the residents’ clubhouse, which includes squash courts,
swimming pool, private cinema and a virtual golf suite.

Your Customer Service Manager will invite you to select your individual finishes for your new home, arrange to visit the property during the construction process, keep you up to date with construction progress and answer all questions you may have in the lead up to moving in to your new home.

After Completion

Your Customer Service Manager will look after you and your new home after completion. Once you have moved in, at your convenience, they will provide a detailed handover demonstration to encompass all aspects of your new home and the development. The Customer Service Team will then be on hand to answer any queries you may have. When buying a new home from St George, your home is covered by a 10-year building warranty and complemented by a further St George 2-year warranty.
