About Hopkins Homes

Founded in 1992, Hopkins Homes has grown from a small, local company to a well known and significant builder of new build homes. It is the largest independent property developer in East Anglia, and has made a huge contribution to the regional economy by creating and supporting jobs, providing new homes and building sustainable communities.

It develops properties across a range of sites, from rural locations to large cities, and always takes into consideration the neighbouring area. Every property comes with its own independent energy audit.

The company has been recognised by the NHBC in the Quality Award Scheme which is the benchmark for quality of a development. It has also won numerous awards over the years, including Gold in the prestigious Best Medium Housebuilder category at the WhatHouse? Awards 2017, and Silver in the Best Regeneration category for its Prospect Place development.

The housebuilder offers the government-backed Help to Buy scheme across all developments, as well as a Part Exchange service, and a refer a friend scheme.

In 2016, Hopkins Homes launched The Hopkins Homes Charitable Foundation, a £250,000 endowment which provides grants for local causes and charities managed by the Suffolk Community Foundation.
