Redrow Announces Launches In East And South East

Redrow Homes has just announced launches at sites in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Kent.

Redrow Homes South Midlands has now released the first 11 detached and semi-detached three- and four-bedroom homes as part of the third phase at the Caddington Woods development in Chaul End, near Dunstable.

The three-storey, four-bedroom ‘Lincoln’ is available from £423,950, featuring a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room area, separate comfortable lounge, two generously proportioned double bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own en suite, as well as two additional bedrooms, which could also be used as a games room or office space. The ‘Cambridge’ is another four-bedroom house with three double rooms, a utility room and the option of a conservator and is available from £532,950.

From Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection, the three-bedroom ‘Oxford Lifestyle’ and four-bedroom ‘Cambridge’ show homes will be the first chance for interested buyers to step onto site and see the quality of Redrow’s homes first-hand. Though the homes at Appledore Green reflect the design and layout of Redrow’s classic Heritage Collection, specific materials are used to reflect the Kent barn style seen throughout the local area.

'Oxford Lifestyle' house type

The ‘Oxford Lifestyle’ house type takes the space of a four-bedroom property and transforms it into a three-bedroom home, where each room has an en suite bathroom. Combining the luxury of hotel living with the comfort of a traditional family home. Downstairs, it has a generous kitchen/dining room opening out into the garden via French doors, and a separate lounge, utility room, cloakroom and integral garage.
