Keith OsborneWhatHouse? Award-winning housebuilder William Davis Homes has opened five show homes across three of its new East Midlands developments in three weeks.
As well as showcasing the quality and elegance of its house designs, each one features uniquely themed interiors by its chosen partner, Edward Thomas Interiors.
The developments and their show homes are:
The four-bedroom ‘Seaton’ and ‘Severn’ both feature combined kitchen/dining areas, separate lounges and generous sized downstairs studies. The ‘Seaton’ also has the added bonus of a separate, formal dining room providing even more flexible, family space. Both are styled to showcase current design trends, the ‘Seaton’ has a deliberately vibrant, multi-colour palette including striking wall panelling while the ‘Severn’ takes its inspiration from the outdoors and brings together fresh neutral colours, botanical prints and natural wooden furniture. These are both now open to view by appointment. Find out more from William Davis Homes.
‘Beamish’ show home at Regency Park
The three-bedroom ‘Dove’ and ‘Beamish’ are also open to view by appointment. The kitchen/dining area of the traditional-looking ‘Dove’ features French doors opening straight onto the garden. Two bedrooms share a modern bathroom, while the master has its own en suite. Styling for this home incorporates rich wine and blush pink colours, tribal patterned artwork and black metal accents. Block paintwork adds individuality to each room, including on some ceilings. Downstairs in the ‘Beamish’ you’ll find a kitchen diner, lounge and family room which can be used as a play room or study. Upstairs, along with an en suite, the principal bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe. Bold and luxurious, this home’s design features some statement wall treatments and fabrics together with a motor-racing themed bedroom to honour the town’s heritage. William Davis Homes’ sales director, Steve Rush, said: “This was a really busy and exciting time for us as we launched five show homes in the space of three weeks – the first time we have opened so many in such a short space of time. Each is built to an exceptionally high quality and design and we are really pleased to already be welcoming housebuyers to view these.”
Loughborough-based William Davis Homes has won a number of prestigious WhatHouse? Awards in recent years. It has also held the Home Builders Federation’s 5-Star status for the sixth year in a row, based on customer satisfaction surveys.
