A Joyful Move For Couple In Overton

A ‘joy to move’ was how John and Carolyn Troman summed up their experience, as they embarked on a new chapter of their lives in the charming village of Overton, Hampshire.

John continues: “The big upside of buying off plan, as we did here at Sovereign Gate, was when we were given our move-in date we had three months to go through everything and declutter. It’s amazing how much you accumulate over the years. We also had plenty of time to tidy the house we were selling and make it as good as possible for the people buying it from us.”

Carolyn adds: “We wanted a brand new home because the living space has a better configuration than older homes. We now have a lovely open plan kitchen diner and a separate lounge. It’s also quiet and we have a lovely aspect to look out on.”
