Three-Storey House Types From Housebuilder In Wales
Persimmon Homes, one of the UK’s largest housebuilders, offers an impressive mix of properties at its many active developments in Wales, and among the most notable are those set out over three storeys.
Three-storey homes are a popular choice because they offer a lot of living space for the budget, thanks to a relatively small ‘footprint’ compared to two-storey homes with an equivalent amount of floor space.
We take a look at some of the brand new homes currently for sale at Persimmon Homes developments across Wales which are from its range of three-floor house types.
‘The Moseley’ has an open-plan ground floor combining kitchen with lounge and dining, with French doors to the garden.
