High initial interest in first Norfolk development for Halsbury Homes

Halsbury Homes, the new developer run by former Persimmon chief David Bryant, is reporting strong interest from homebuyers in its inaugural Norfolk development, St George’s Park, which is bringing a mix of two- to five-bedroom homes to the village of Loddon, 11 miles south-east of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads.

“We are so pleased that the ongoing interest shown in Halsbury Homes since our official company launch last Spring, and in St. George’s Park following detailed planning permission in the autumn, has translated so quickly into sales appointments and reservations,” comments Louise Thomson, sales executive. “In particular, the popularity of our new bungalows is quite simply astonishing!”

A show home is set to be completed this summer to attract even more visitors to the site, where Help to Buy is an option to assist both first-time buyers and those upgrading from an existing property.
