WALES

Food festival complements new homes in Abergavenny - House-hunters in Monmouthshire will be on the doorstep of a popular food festival in Abergavenny this weekend, Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 September, when they visit Wedgwood Park from Edenstone Homes. This development offers them a choice of three- and four-bedroom homes, starting at £360,000 for a three-bedroom detached ‘Earlswood’ house. Four-bedroom properties start at £415,000. Flintshire sees new development and show home launch - Elan Homes saw a great response to its new Kinnerton Meadows development on launch recently, with three homes sold within the first few days. This development, in Higher Kinnerton, Flintshire, now has a show home open, allowing visitors to see what they might expect at this collection of four- and five-bedroom houses for sale there. Extra incentive offer at major Cardiff scheme - At The Mill in Cardiff, Lovell is now offering the incentive of paying Land Transaction Tax and carpeting the home for free on properties reserved this autumn with completion taking place in 2018. Currently there is a limited number of two-bedroom apartments available starting from £172,000 at the Hawthorn House phase of a development that will bring 800 new homes to the former industrial site. New homes launched in Swanland - Duchy Homes has unveiled Cygnet Gardens, a luxury development of five-bedroom homes in Swanland in the East Riding of Yorkshire. This is a new collection of nine detached homes alongside four two-bedroom affordable age-restricted bungalows. The Regency-style homes have many high-quality features and details in design and construction. SOUTH EAST

New home styles offered at new Cranleigh development - CALA Homes is bringing a range of brand new homes designs to its new Amlets Place site in Cranleigh, Surrey. Throughout September, the housebuilder is offering incentives packages on ‘The Loxwood’, ‘The Hambledon’, ‘The Rudgwick’ and ‘The Ewhurst’ house types, where it will pay half of stamp duty, £1,500 towards removals and £1,200 towards legal fees. New show home opens in Chichester - There’s a new show house open at the popular Shopwyke Lakes development in Chichester, West Sussex. CALA Homes as unveiled the  fully furnished four-/five-bedroom ‘Oatfield’ to potential purchasers at the development which offers a variety of family homes priced from £475,000 and ready to move into this summer. New phase of homes released at Buckinghamshire development - Taylor Wimpey has launched Vale View, the latest phase of homes at the Willow Lake development taking shape in Newton Longville, a village just south of Milton Keynes. Buyer event at Westerham development this week - Fernham Homes is hosting the ‘Home Buyer Event’ at its Downsview development in Westerham, Kent on Thursday 13 to Saturday 15 September from 10.00am to 4.00pm. It’s a chance for house-hunters to meet the sales team one-yo-one and find out about incentives being offered for a limited period. Help to Buy now available at Southall scheme - From Saturday 15 September, Redrow can offer London Help to Buy, the government-backed buyer initiative, at The West Works development in Southall, in the London Borough of Ealing. One-bedroom apartments start from £389,000 at a development which will be on the doorstep of Crossrail. New luxury penthouse opens in Queen’s Park - Anyone seeking a high-end home in northwest London will soon be able to take a close look at a spacious, three-bedroom duplex penthouse, with interiors individually designed by DAPA Interiors at The Avenue from Regal London. Topping out of luxury homes at Southbank Place - Two separate phases at the Southbank Place recently achieved ‘topping out’, with the buildings reaching their full height of 29 and 34 storeys respectively. SOUTH WEST

Last chance to buy at Christchurch retirement development - Just four of 35 apartments remain for sale at Monterey, a popular development from retirement specialists Platinum Skies in Christchurch, Dorset.
