This weekend is another busy one with launches and special events taking place at new homes developments across the country, giving serious house-hunters an opportunity to look at the properties and perhaps take advantage of a current special offer.


New CALA show home now open in Bampton

Bedfordshire homes available for reservation

Located in the popular Bedfordshire village of Houghton Conquest is Meadow Croft by Kier Living Eastern. The housebuilder has announced that homes are now available to reserve at the development. A collection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes are on offer, many of which are available to purchase using the government-backed Help to Buy scheme and Part Exchange.

Cricket Field Grove (Barratt Homes)Located in the village of Crawthorne in Berkshire, Barratt Homes has launched its newest development, Cricket Field Grove. This development is made up of 130 family homes, sports facilities and public open spaces.

It is located within easy reach of shops, schools and transport links. Residents will be able to enjoy nearby Crowthorne Wood and Wildmoor Heath, and Barratt Homes is developing eight hectares of public open space for the new community.

Restored homes have buyers racing to Ascot

Taylor Wimpey opens the doors to its new sales centre at Gilden Park

Event and reservation offer for retirees in Scotland with McCarthy & Stone

Beacon Court (McCarthy & Stone)McCarthy & Stone is warming up for Wimbledon with an event and reservations offer designed to get buyers on the move. Events are being hosted at five developments across Scotland.

Show home launch in Southmoor Village

On Saturday 30 June, Hayfield Homes will open the door to its five-bedroom show home in its latest collection of new homes, known as Hayfields, in the village of Southmoor.

These new homes have been created to complement the countryside, and the interiors have been designed with open-plan, modern living in mind. Interior design agency, Alexander James, styled the five-bedroom show home.
