HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND

Trumpington MeadowsBarratt Homes in Cambridge: The offer of a £10,000 contribution towards the deposit on selected plots (subject to terms and conditions) at Trumpington Meadows runs out at the end of November. The development to the south of the city offers a wide variety of apartments and houses, with two- to five-bedroom homes currently priced between £424,995 and £769,995. Barratt Homes in Melksham, Wiltshire: Until Sunday 1 December, there’s a special offer on selected plots at Sandridge Common, a development of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes priced from £226,995 to £369,995, with Help to Buy an option. Fairview New Homes in London: In each of this housebuilder’s sales and marketing suites, Christmas trees will be dressed with baubles, each containing a great offer. Prospective buyers who visit one of the developments will be able to pick a bauble and receive the incentives inside, which could be Stamp Duty and legal fees paid, 50% of their mortgage paid for the first year, £5,000 of John Lewis vouchers and furniture packs worth up to £5,000, to name a few. This exclusive offer runs from Saturday 30 November to Sunday 8 December, at developments in Anerley, Camden, Charlton, Harpenden, Harrow-on-the-Hill, Hornsey, Park Royal and Tottenham. Lea Valley Homes in Northampton: The final phase of one-bedroom Shared Ownership apartments have just been released at Victoria Gate and just six one-bedroom apartments remain available. On Sunday 1 December, from 10.00am to 2.00pm, there’s an Open Day to give prospective buyers a chance to view the apartments for themselves. Fairview New Homes in London: Buyers have until Friday 29 November to utilise Fairview’s offer where those who reserve a home to move into for Christmas at one of its developments will receive a package such things as seasonal dinner for up to eight people with all the trimmings, Christmas tree with lights and decorations and a range of gifts. Kier Living Eastern in East Anglia: Buyers who reserve a property at a Kier Living Eastern development on or before Sunday 1 December will receive £1,000 towards legal costs and £3,750 for removals fees. They will also have their Stamp Duty paid and will be given a £500 voucher from M&S. If customers have an existing property to sell, the purchaser will receive £300 towards a mortgage valuation, a contribution towards estate agency fees and £100 towards an Energy Performance Certificate (terms and conditions apply). Perry CoutyDavid Wilson Homes in Faversham, Kent: There are a number of incentives on the House of the Week at the Perry Court development. Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes in Aldershot, Hampshire: Anyone reserving one of selected properties with Barratt Homes at Bruneval Gardens before Sunday 1 December could receive the bonus of an upgraded kitchen and flooring throughout from the Choices range, up to £5,000 towards Stamp Duty and moving fees, plus up to £5,000 cashback. Help to Buy is available on current one- to four-bedroom homes priced from £210,000 to £479,995. At the same development, David Wilson Homes (DWH) is currently selling one- and two-bedroom apartments alongside three- and four-bedroom houses, priced £215,000 to £475,000, with a saving of up to £6,000 on selected plots. L&Q in Chigwell: L&Q are hosting an open evening this Saturday 30 November at Oaklands Hamlet, a picturesque scheme in Chigwell’s countryside, inviting guests to view the final five-bedroom Shared Ownership house. The house is the final opportunity to buy through Shared Ownership at Oaklands Hamlet - a joint venture between L&Q and Countryside - where the housing association has delivered 149 homes. Work has now begun on the next phase of Compendium Living’s £100m pound regeneration scheme with Derby City Council and Homes England, where a stylish selection of 42 two- and three-bedroom homes, low-rise apartments, maisonettes and duplex-style properties will be available to purchase. Bellway Homes in Hampshire: On each day of the festive season this housebuilder’s Advent Calendar promotion will reveal a different offer each day during the month of December at sites in Forest Chase, Yateley, and Helios Park, Hawley. This includes furniture packs, £5,000 worth of John Lewis vouchers, Apple products, paid legal fees and paid Stamp Duty. Roundwood GateNotting Hill Genesis in Willesden Green, northwest London: Any purchasers who reserve a Shared Ownership apartment at Roundwood Gate this November will have Notting Hill Genesis pay the first three months’ rent on the unpurchased share. Only a few homes remain for sale there from a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Prices start at £97,500 for a 25% share of £390,000 and £125,000 for a 25% share of £500,000 respectively. Court Collaboration in Birmingham: On Saturday 30 November there is a Help to Buy event at the Arden Gate development, located on William Street and comprising 225 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments. The event takes place at the development 10.00am to 4.00pm and also provides an opportunity to look at show homes and talk to independent mortgage consultants and solicitors. Barratt Homes in Northstowe, Cambridgeshire: Until Saturday 30 November, the housebuilder is offering a contribution of £5,000 towards buyers’ deposits on homes at Northstowe (subject to terms and conditions). Crest Nicholson in Bishop’s Stortford, Essex: Just one home remains for sale at Elsenham Vale, a three-bedroom cottage spread over two floors, with the ground floor featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, bedroom and WC/shower, and the first floor a large master bedroom with en suite, family bathroom and third bedroom/study. Lea Valley Homes in Wavendon, Buckinghamshire: Just two five-bedroom homes remain available at The Gables, a development of 34 homes on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. Eastside QuarterBellway London in Bexleyheath: The sales centre and show homes at the new 518-apartment Eastside Quarter development will open on Saturday 7 December. It is delivering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with features such as a concierge service, residents-only gym and landscaped podium and roof gardens. Edenstone Group in Ross-on-Wye: The Edenstone Group is hosting a festive family fun day at St Mary’s Garden Village in Ross-on-Wye on Sunday 8 December, from 11am to 3pm. Visitors will be able to view the just-launched bungalow show home and meet Father Christmas himself. Current prices start from £229,995 for a two-bedroom bungalow on the Edenstone Homes phase of St Mary’s Garden Village. The wider new neighbourhood will eventually comprise 290 homes across 23 hectares, including designs from Bluebell Homes. Lovell in King’s Lynn, Norfolk: On Saturday 7 December, new homes are launched as part of a major housing project with the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk.  From 10.00am to 5.00pm, house-hunters get a first look at Cowper Place, which is being unveiled at the nearby development Orchard Place, the first phase of the scheme. There will be an independent financial adviser on hand. It is a new collection of 54 two- and three-bedroom homes, with a selected number of homes to reserve off-plan. Help to Buy is available. L&Q in Brentford, west London: A selection of one- and two-bedroom homes will be available to move into in Spring 2020 at The Gateway, a development of 95 properties, each with a private balcony and with access to a podium landscaped communal garden. These homes will be available to move into in Spring next year. Help to Buy London can be used to purchase selected units. Redrow in Leyland, Lancashire: A collection of new homes will go on sale in January 2020. Worden Gardens will feature 232 homes (including 48 affordable) set amid open countryside, on former farmland on the edge of Leyland, delivered in four phases with a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Redrow in Chester, Cheshire: The first phase of building at King’s Moat Garden Village in Chester is underway in readiness for a January sales launch, when the sales office will open. These initial homes at Roman Green will be a mix of three- and four-bedroom detached homes – including some with an en suite to every bedroom – with prices starting in the region of £350,000. The GlassworksBarratt Homes in Catliffe, South Yorkshire: For house-hunters looking for a new home near Rotherham can still benefit from special deals worth up to £15,000 on selected plots at The Glassworks. The development offers two, three- and four-bedroom homes priced from £172,995 to £334,995. Offers include free flooring, Stamp Duty paid and a generous contribution to the buyer’s deposit. Redrow in Sandbach, Cheshire: There are just three ‘Shaftesbury’ homes left for sale at Abbeyfields. Inland Homes in Ipswich: Homebuyers looking to make their first home their forever home, should look no further than Inland Homes’ stylish collection of houses at Jasmine Park, where almost 80% of purchasers have been first-time buyers.
