HeatherfieldsKebbell in Bordon, Hampshire: There’s a Help to Buy event being hosted in the show home at Heatherfields on Saturday 23 November, between 11.00am and 3.00pm, where the team will be offering advice on the scheme and how it works. St William in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire: On Saturday 23 November, a new show apartment launches at Elmswater, which is a development of 48 two- and three-bedroom apartments in the heart of the town. Interior designer Milc has furnished the new show apartment, which has two large double bedrooms, spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a private balcony. Fairview New Homes in Camden, north London: On Thursday 21 November, between 6.00pm and 9.00pm, there’s an Interior Design Workshop hosted by agency DAPA at the Mode development to encourage buyers to make the most of its new homes. The housebuilder will also be offering £15,000 towards interior design to anyone who attends the event and then reserves a home at Mode within seven days. Prices start from £665,000. Barratt Homes in Cudworth, South Yorkshire: Reserve a home this weekend and get a deal worth up to £20,000 on selected plots at Salter’s Brook, near Barnsley. There are three- and four-bedroom houses for sale there, currently priced from £154,995 to £299,995, and some can be reserved for £99. Mulberry PlacePentland Homes in Folkestone, Kent: The housebuilder is holding a dedicated Part Exchange event at its Mulberry Place development on Saturday 23 November, between 10.00am and 4.00pm, to give house-hunters a chance to learn fully about that buyer initiative. Bellway in Harrietsham, Kent: A show home opens at Bluebell Walk on Saturday 23 November. It’s a four-bedroom house, one of 58 homes being built there, a mixture of three and four-bedroom properties. Prices are from £348,995 to £484,995. Find out more at bellway.co.uk. 

Mulberry Homes in Moulton, Northamptonshire: Meadow View Fields launches on Saturday 23 November. From 11.00am to 4.00pm, can come to the marketing suite and tour the show homes. It is a development of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes with views across sports pitches and landscaping. Prices start at £284,950 for a three-bedroom, semi-detached ‘Beacon’ property. Schemes such as Assisted Move, Help to Buy and Part Exchange are available. Taylor Wimpey in Wandsworth, London: The launch of the Osiers Square development takes place on Saturday 23 November, from 10.00am to 5.00pm. It’s an apartment block will offer buyers a choice of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes priced from £499,950. Visitors to the event can claim a £500 John Lewis voucher if they reserve a property on the day. LAST CHANCE

Kier Living EasternKier Living Eastern in East Anglia: Buyers who reserve a property at a Kier Living Eastern development on or before Sunday 1 December will receive £1,000 towards legal costs and £3,750 for removals fees. They will also have their Stamp Duty paid and will be given a £500 voucher from M&S. If customers have an existing property to sell, the purchaser will receive £300 towards a mortgage valuation, a contribution towards estate agency fees and £100 towards an Energy Performance Certificate (terms and conditions apply). Fairview New Homes in London: Buyers have until Friday 29 November to utilise Fairview’s offer where those who reserve a home to move into for Christmas at one of its developments will receive a package such things as seasonal dinner for up to 8 people with all the trimmings, Christmas tree with lights and decorations and a range of gifts. Barratt Homes in Cambridge: The offer of a £10,000 contribution towards the deposit on selected plots (subject to terms and conditions) at Trumpington Meadows runs out at the end of November. The development to the south of the city offers a wide variety of apartments and houses, with two- to five-bedroom homes currently priced between £424,995 and £769,995. Barratt Homes in Melksham, Wiltshire: Until Sunday 1 December, there’s a special offer on selected plots at Sandridge Common, a development of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes priced from £226,995 to £369,995, with Help to Buy an option. Notting Hill Genesis in Willesden Green, north-west London: Any purchasers who reserve a Shared Ownership apartment at Roundwood Gate this November will have Notting Hill Genesis pay the first three months’ rent on the unpurchased share. Only a few homes remain for sale there from a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Prices start at £97,500 for a 25% share of £390,000 and £125,000 for a 25% share of £500,000 respectively. Lovell in West Bromwich, West Midlands: The final two homes are available at Harvills Grange. Plots 20 and 32 are both the four-bedroom, three-storey ‘Castleford’ house type, priced at £295,000. Barratt Homes in Littleover, Derbyshire: A special Christmas offer ends on Sunday 24 November at Highfields, a development of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes priced from £179,995 to £368,995. The offer is worth £2,500 and comprises an upgraded kitchen with one of three other options: a Next homeware voucher; John Lewis & Partners gift card; or an Amazon Alexa home package. Barratt Homes in Looe, Cornwall: There are three properties left for sale at Penndrumm Fields.The final available homes are the three-bedroom ‘St Martin', priced from £254,995, the four-bedroom ‘Alderney', from £334,995, and a four-bedroom ‘Radleigh' design, from £354,995. Linden Homes in Penwortham, Lancashire: There are now only five homes remaining at The Maltings development, four two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom house. Help to Buy and Home Reach (Shared Ownership) are available. ‘The Avon’ is a semi-detached, three-bedroom home available for £188,995, with a special offer for those buying before Christmas, and the apartments are priced £69,998 and £71,498 for a 50% share. COMING UP IN THE NEAR FUTURE

Eastside QuarterBellway London in Bexleyheath: The sales centre and show homes at the new 518-apartment Eastside Quarter development will open on Saturday 7 December. It is delivering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with features such as a concierge service, residents-only gym and landscaped podium and roof gardens. Court Collaboration in Birmingham: On Saturday 30 November there is a Help to Buy event at the Arden Gate development, located on William Street and comprising 225 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments. The event takes place at the development 10.00am to 4.00pm and also provides an opportunity to look at show homes and talk to independent mortgage consultants and solicitors. Redrow in Leyland, Lancashire: A collection of new homes will go on sale in January 2020. Worden Gardens will feature 232 homes (including 48 affordable) set amid open countryside, on former farmland on the edge of Leyland, delivered in four phases with a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Redrow in Chester, Cheshire: The first phase of building at King’s Moat Garden Village in Chester is underway in readiness for a January sales launch, when the sales office will open. These initial homes at Roman Green will be a mix of three- and four-bedroom detached homes – including some with an en suite to every bedroom – with prices starting in the region of £350,000. Queensberry Properties in Edinburgh: Prospective buyers are invited to register their interest in  Bonnington Mill ahead of the development’s sales launch early next year. Located in the Bonnington district, it will consist of 36 properties, a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, many with notable views and their own private balcony or terrace. Fairview New Homes in London: In each of this housebuilder’s sales and marketing suites, Christmas trees will be dressed with baubles, each containing a great offer. L&Q in Barking, east London: A collection of one-bedroom Shared Ownership homes has been unveiled at Parklands, Barking Riverside with deposits starting from as little as £6,062. As well as one-bedroom apartments, L&Q have two- and three-bedroom apartments available through Shared Ownership, and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom townhouses available through London Help to Buy. Miller Homes in Leith, Edinburgh: Miller Homes has released a limited collection of new townhouses at its popular Bonnington development by Leith.
