First reservation at launched Mawdesley development – Keen house-hunters in Lancashire have already reserved a home at St Peter’s Park, a recently reserved Jones Homes development in Mawdesley. The development is one of 56 new homes which includes a range of four- and five-bedroom detached houses and 21 properties designated as affordable housing for local people. Show home opens in Bolton – Jones Homes has unveiled a brand new show home at Clevelands, its development off Chorley Road in Bolton. The spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has been decorated and furnished by professional interior designers and is one of only 12 apartments within Marlowe House, the final block for sale here. New development launches in South Ribble – Lovell has released a handful of homes to reserve off-plan at Shawbrook Manor, a brand new development in South Ribble, Lancashire. It will be bringing 200 home to the area, a mixture of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and two-bedroom bungalows in a variety of different styles. 60 will be affordable housing, overseen by Together Housing. A dozen reservations at opening weekend in Wichelstowe – David Wilson Homes and Barratt Homes saw 12 of their homes reserved at the launch of the first homes at Wichelstowe, a large development scheme bringing some 3,000 homes to Swindon. Canalside @ Wichelstowe will feature a mix of 208 apartments and houses which will be ready for the first residents to move into next year. The first properties now available from Barratt Homes include apartments priced from £154,995, three-bedroom houses from £284,995 and the larger four-bedroom homes priced from £329,995. Launch of new homes in Gloucestershire this weekend – Saturday 26 October sees the launch of Newland Orchard, a new development from Newland Homes, in Whitminster, just north-west of Stroud. Sales launch at Ebbw Vale development – Lovell has opened the doors to a new development in Ebbw Vale.
