Off-plan launch of new homes in Hayes – Barratt London has released the first homes for sale at Hayes Village in west London, part of a regeneration scheme featuring 1,386 new properties. Prices start at around £325,000 for these first homes, which are within a restoration of the former Nestlé factory. Residents will be a short distance from one of the stations on the Crossrail/Elizabeth Line for quick access to central London. Find out more about Hayes Village from Barratt London

Luxury Mill Hill apartments launched – Glentree New Homes has started marketing a new collection of 11 luxury apartments at Rosary Tower in the Mill Hill Conservation Area. The Bellis Homes development is a conversion of three period buildings into one-, two- and three-bedroom properties with some 1,800 to 4,000 sq ft of living space. It offers a residents’ gym, a summer house and off-street parking, and has a resident groundsman. Prices currently start at £1.7m, with completion due from this summer. Launch of new phase of Muirhouse development – Urban Union has just launched the latest phase of its popular Pennywell Living development in Muirhouse. It’s a new selection of a range of apartments, as well as family homes. Right now, there is aselection of three- and four-bedroom terraced houses from the previous phase, priced from £220,000 to £235,000. It’s part of a major development of 770 homes on a project set to complete in 2023. Find out more at

New show apartment in Oatlands, Glasgow – Avant Homes has opened the doors to a new show apartment at its Richmond Gate development in Oatlands, Glasgow. It is fully furnished and decorated to give visitors a first-hand look at the what to expect from the choice of two-bedroom apartments there, which come with prices ranging from £152,000 to £159,995. New homes to reserve in Linwood – Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has announced that the first new homes at its Brooklands development on Bridge of Weir Road in Linwood will be available to reserve from the end of July. It is a development of 110 new three- and four-bedroom homes also providing recreational space and a new footpath link. There will be an official launch event where prices will be announced. Open Day events at retirement developments next week – Specialist developer McCarthy and Stone is hosting an Open Day event at each of three of its developments in Scotland on Friday 2 August. These are Darroch Gate in Blairgowrie, Greenwood Grove in Newton Mearns, and Westerly in Bearsden and they take place from 11.00am to 3.00pm. It’s an opportunity to the sites first-hand, tour the show complex and speak to the team about the details of the homes and amenities – and enjoy a little food and drink. Incentives on four-bedroom homes in Paisley – Miller Homes is offering incentives on a range of four-bedroom houses at its Hawkhead development in Paisley. Plot 23 , the ‘Grant’ house type, and the ‘Tate’ on Plot 1, are priced at £290,000 and £297,000 respectively and are available with carpets and vinyl throughout, £500 towards legal fees and £500 towards removal costs. New homes launched in Carlisle – Story Homes has launched Phase 3b at The Ridings in Carlisle. This latest phase has a range of homes including 10 new house type designs, a mixture of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties including the ‘Hewson’ and ‘Emmerson’ - ile the others, named after staff who work for the Carlisle-headquartered business. Final few homes at Liverpool development – Redrow is down to the last few homes for sale at its popular Summerhill Park in Liverpool. The 400-unit development mixes apartments and houses, with Help to Buy available, attracting a wide range of buyers. Final homes include a three-bedroom detached ‘Warwick’ house type, available from £260,995.  The show homes and sales suite are usually open daily between 10.00am and 5.30pm. Special offer for first-time buyers at Warrington development – Redrow has a special offer for those buying their first home at The Brook at Taylor’s Chase in Warrington. Its Advantage initiative means if they meet certain qualifying criteria, they can purchase for only 80% of the market price, needing a smaller deposit and mortgage. New Shared Ownership retirement development launches in Poole – Platinum Skies has launched Esprit, a retirement development on High Street North, Poole. It will bring a collection of one- and two bedroom, open-plan apartments for those aged 55 and over and they are available through Shared Ownership, with prices starting from £99,500. Facilities include an on-site bistro that will be open to the public in addition to the residents-only communal private lounge, an area perfect for meals and after dinner drinks. Stamp Duty paid on selected homes in Somerset – Elan Homes has a special offer on some of the remaining homes for sale at Weavers Field, its development in Castle Cary, Somerset. The housebuilder is covering the cost of Stamp Duty on selected properties. One example is the four-bedroom detached ‘Belvoir’ style home, from £339,995, where the saving is around £7,000. Launch of new homes in Gloucester – Located in the heart of the city of Gloucester, The Waterfront at Gloucester Quays has been launched by Crest Nicholson. The development comprises 362 one- and two-bedroom apartments along with 49 two- and three-bedroom houses, using some new interior layouts. Each property comes with private parking and secure cycle storage. The first residents are expected to be moving in from October. Launch of new homes in Dorset – David Wilson Homes has launched Canford Paddock in Dorset. It’s a development of 147 homes and has a number of show homes open for visitors. Help to Buy Wales on selected homes across the south – Barratt Homes is offering purchasers the opportunity to use the government-backed Help to Buy Wales scheme on selected properties on developments across the south of the country. Available on homes under £300,000 and requiring a deposit of just 5%, there are plots available on Maes Y Deri in Radyr, Morgan’s Meadow in Bridgend, Scholars Park in Dinas Powys and St Michael’s Gate in Torfaen. Keen early sales at York development – Caedmon Homes has seen early interest in its 29-unit St John’s Mews development in York, with a number of apartments sold since its recent launch. Buyers have a choice of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with prices ranging from £160,000 to £425,000. The apartments, including affordable homes and studios, are available for occupation now and can be purchased through Help to Buy. There’s a show home for visitors to view by appointment. Off-plan sales at Whitby development – There have been strong sales at Spa Well Court in Whitby, North Yorkshire, with over a quarter of the properties there already sold off-plan. It’s a development from Caedmon Homes which comprises 10 apartments, priced from £165,000, and 10 townhouses priced from £289,950. Luxury apartments released in central Windsor – Spitfire Bespoke Homes has launched the apartments at its St Mark’s Gate development in Windsor, Berkshire. Close to the town centre and complementing a collection of terraced townhouses, the housebuilder has opened a show home to illustrate the eight apartments and one penthouse at the scheme, which is just a short walk or drive from the centre of the town. Two new show homes unveiled in Riseley – Berkshire house-hunters now have two new show homes to view, at the Dukes Meadow development from CALA Homes in the village of Riseley. Launch of new show home in Oxfordshire – Deanfield Homes has just opened a new show home at Deanfield Grove in Tackley, Oxfordshire. Show home opens in Houghton Regis this weekend – Linden Homes Midlands in opening a brand new show home at its Buckwood Leys development in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire on Saturday 27 July.
