Older pupils will find school even more convenient, with Great Sankey High School just a few minutes away. This school is rated ‘good’ and has recently voted through a £3m expansion programme to provide extra places for the new developments in the area. Attached to the school is Barrow Hill College, an £8m, purpose built sixth form centre.
