EAST ANGLIA

Launch event in Chelmsford this weekend – Saturday 11 May sees the launch of a new development in Chelmsford, Essex, and a host of special deals for those reserving on the day. Central House will be open from 10.00am to 4.00pm for people to learn more about this collection of 37 apartments, including a penthouse, where prices currently start at £175,000. Cambridgeshire village sees new launch on Saturday – Award-winning housebuilder Hill is unveiling The Orchards this Saturday 11 May, a development of 45 two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses and bungalows in Great Abington on the outskirts of Cambridge. Close by are a primary school, village shop, pub, cricket club and village hall. These new homes are around eight miles south-east of the city and well located for access to A11 and M11. Part Exchange event in Cambridgeshire this weekend – Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 May see Bellway hosting a Part Exchange event at its Brampton Gate development just south west of Huntingdon. Special upgrade offer on new Canary Wharf development – Chalegrove Properties has launched ‘The Loft Collection’ of studios at its Landmark Pinnacle development in Canary Wharf, with the offer of free upgrades on previously reserved units. There are three different layout types for the apartments which are located across levels 11 to 64, offering 419 sq ft to 548 sq ft of living space, with prices starting from just £480,000. Launch of new homes in Park Royal – May sees the launch of the first of 807 new apartments that Fairview and L&Q are building at Regency Heights in Park Royal, west London. New phase of Shared Ownership homes in Harrow – Network Homes has released the second phase of Lyon Square, its collection of one- and two- bedroom Shared Ownership apartments in heart of Harrow. Show homes open doors in Edinburgh – There are two new show homes for house-hunters in the south of Edinburgh to visit now, with Barratt Homes opening a pair of them at Heritage Grange. There’s a three-bedroom ‘Coull’ house type, and a four-bedroom ‘Dunbar’, both fully decorated and fitted. The development is a 15-minute drive from the city centre and within easy reach of the Pentland Hills.
