The Cotswolds is one of the most desirable Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) for new home buyers in the south of England but high demand means a big budget will be needed. Kendrick Homes has options in the area for discerning house-hunters with a budget of £600,000.

Upper Rissington is a village in the heart of the AONB, on the eastern border of Gloucestershire, and it is where the housebuilder is creating an attractive development called Pelicans.
