First Time Buyer Home Show Coming this Weekend
Aspiring homeowners in London will be set to kickstart their homebuying goals in 2020 by attending the First Time Buyer Home Show, which is returning to the Old Town Hall in Stratford E15 on Saturday 7th March. Completely free to attend, this popular event is set to once again help first time buyers receive a wide range of advice and support to help them get on the property ladder.
London’s first time buyers continue to look east in search of green space, art, retail, and culture, with Stratford fast transforming into a dynamic hub for those searching for lifestyle with a more manageable price tag. With Crossrail set to arrive in 2021, buyers looking to locate to the area will also be set to invest in even faster links to the city. The increase in popularity in East London is reflected in a recent house price boom, which has seen property values in Newham increase by 49 per cent over the past 5 years.

Last year, a record number of Londoners visited the First Time Buyer Home Show, and this year, organisers are expecting to help even more people get onto the property ladder.

Visitors will be able to ask questions about mortgages and finance, the different types of home buying schemes available, the buying process, the kinds of homes that are available to purchase locally, and more.
