Housebuilder’s Apartments Still Stamp-Duty Free
While the Stamp Duty holiday threshold changed on 1 July, Crest Nicholson is still offering savings on selected properties at some of its developments across the West Midlands, South West and South East.

This temporary exemption will give second time buyers the ideal opportunity to make significant savings.”
