Show Apartment Opened In Chippenham

Posted 26 January 2021 by Keith Osborne

Crest Nicholson is inviting house-hunters to a new two-bedroom show home at its Langley Point development...

Crest Nicholson has unveiled its new two-bedroom, ground-floor show apartment at Langley Point in Chippenham, Wiltshire.

It has been professionally designed to give buyers a feel for the contemporary collection of one- and two-bedroom apartments available. Homes have been designed with open-plan kitchen/living spaces fitted with energy-efficient appliances and provide bright and spacious areas for working or relaxing in. All homes are provided with an allocated parking space and many apartments currently available at the development come with a Juliet balcony.

Situated on the banks of the River Avon, Chippenham has easy access to rural Wiltshire and the surrounding Cotswolds. Langley Point also has great commuter links, located in close proximity to the M4, allowing residents to drive to Bristol in roughly 40 minutes. In addition, the development is located a short walk from Chippenham railway station, under half-a-mile away, which offers trains to Bath in roughly 10 minutes and trains to London Paddington in just over an hour.

The lively market town boasts many high street and independent cafés and restaurants, as well as leisure facilities, such as John Coles Park, which offers beautiful green space, with a play park, bowls club and tennis courts. There are also a number of local primary and secondary schools, such as Monkton Park Primary School and Abbeyfield School, both rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.

Langley PointTracey Gallacher, head of sales and marketing at Crest Nicholson South West, said: “Langley Point is perfectly situated with easy commuter links to Bath and Bristol, offering residents convenient access to amenities as well as local beauty spots. We’ve designed this new show home with modern living in mind, and to demonstrate how the home could work for couples and downsizers looking to purchase a stylish, high-quality home while maximising living space and convenience.”

One-bedroom apartments at Langley Point are available from £175,000, while two-bedroom apartments start from £229,000, with many homes eligible for the government’s Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme.

Crest Nicholson also offers a part buy-part rent Home Reach scheme on selected homes, allowing first-time purchasers to buy 50% of a home and pay a low monthly rent on the part they don’t buy. Prices on this scheme begin at £114,500 for two-bedroom apartments known as ‘The Dante’ (based on a full market price of £229,000). Find out if you are eligible for Home Reach.
