Wandsworth is a borough located in south west London. It is bordered by the London Borough of Lambeth, the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Its main named areas are Battersea, Balham, Putney, Tooting and Wandsworth Town.
The borough is well connected, with National Rail services operating from London Waterloo to Earlsfield, Putney, Queenstown Road (Battersea), Wandsworth Town and Clapham Junction, which also connects residents to London Victoria, Gatwick Airport and the London overground line. There are also a number of underground lines serving the borough, including the District line from East Putney, and the Northern line serving Balham, Tooting Broadway, Tooting Bec, Battersea Power Station and Clapham South.
