Swap London For Winchester For Value-For-Money Apartments
Berkeley Homes commissioned some exclusive research for property market intelligence company Dataloft and found moving from London to well-connected Winchester means a significant savings in prices and larger average floor space at apartments in the city – like those at its Knights Quarter development.
Findings showed that in comparison to south-west London, similar homes in Winchester are currently around 28% cheaper and boast 17% more square footage.

Residents in Winchester also have exceptional access to shops and frequent public transport services, but homes here are only a fraction of the cost of those found in the capital. Our properties at Knights Quarter are located just 11-minutes away from both the High Street and Winchester train station, ensuring London leavers do not have to lose out on connectivity.”
