Housebuilder’s New West Scotland Homes Under £400,000

House-hunters in the West of Scotland who are seeking out a perfect brand new home for a budget of £400,000 could be spoilt for choice by the range on offer from Barratt Developments right now.

Barratt Developments – a many-time winner of prestigious WhatHouse? Awards, including a number this year – is building all over the region under its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, including a number of excellent family homes for under £400,000 – some currently with great special offers. Here are our favourites:

Boclair Mews in Bishopbriggs has a range of two-bedroom apartments from £254,995 but for a larger property there are some three-storey townhouses in a contemporary architecture that might fit the bill. It currently comes with flooring and upgraded appliances included, and buyers can ask about Part Exchange Xtra.
