Barratt Developments, WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year 2019, is offering a substantial Deposit Boost bonus on homes at a number of its sites across the West Midlands region.

Under its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, it has an array of active developments which provide an impressive range of home types and the Deposit Boost offer means house-hunters need considerably less as their up-front payment to secure the one the wish for (subject to terms and conditions).

Dunstall Park is in Tamworth and will provide a selection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes when completed. It is located within walking distance to the well-known Ventura Park, meaning great shops, cafés and restaurants are on the doorstep, and it’s only two miles to the town centre and station.
