Award-Winning Housebuilder Introduces Customer Reward Scheme

It’s called Avant Perx [] and for a whole year from the day of completion on their new property it gives buyers of an Avant home access to exclusive discounts and special offers from a host of popular high street brands including John Lewis, Alton Towers, Waitrose, EE, The White Company and more.
The treats and discounts cover days out, health and beauty, dining, travel and fitness, which could potentially save the homebuyer thousands in the first year in their new home. There are also rewards available allowing buyers to save money on their utility bills helping to keep the cost of running their new home down. Avant is also the first housebuilder to partner with British Gas to offer Hive wireless thermostats as standard in all homes and is the only UK housebuilder to provide Hotpoint’s Class 9 cooking collection as part of its integrated appliances.
